These terms and conditions will apply to all of your registrations at ACHS. Please take some time to fully review this information before submitting your acknowledgment.

By submitting this authorization and acknowledgment, you are certifying that the registration contract sent to you correctly reflects your contact, billing and course registration information, and you further agree to the following terms and conditions of enrollment and registration at ACHS as well as those outlined online at https://contact.achs.edu/terms-and-conditions:

Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Requirements: Please type your full name below to certify that you understand you are required to meet ACHS's SAP requirements by meeting the weekly assignment due dates in all of your classes and participating in substantive interaction (assignments are due on Thursday and Sunday in all classes). All students are also required to maintain SAP by completing at least one course per academic year and maintaining a minimum GPA of 2.0 for undergraduate students and 3.0 for graduate students.

Exam Proctoring Requirements: Please type your full name below to certify that you understand that if you are a degree candidate, you are required to take a proctored exam for at least 25% of your degree requirements, and it is your responsibility to work with your academic advisor to ensure you meet these requirements in order to be eligible to graduate.

Academic Honesty at ACHS: Please type your full name below to certify that all coursework submitted for ACHS classes will be your original work and will adhere to ACHS's Academy Honesty requirements. You can view the full policy online here.

Financial terms and conditions:

  • I understand that it is my responsibility to immediately notify ACHS if I wish to change my method of payment and that the option selected with this acknowledgement will remain in place for future registrations unless I have notified ACHS and received confirmation of receipt.
  • I understand that if I am a student receiving Federal Financial Aid, I must complete complete all required eligibility applications and verification documents, if applicable, for each new award year.
  • I understand that in the event my payment is not received by the due date, I will be assessed a $20 late fee for each late payment.
