# Having trouble downloading your eBook?

No worries - we're here to help!

### Trouble Downloading eBook

If you've recently tried to download a free ACHS eBook, you may come across techincal issues that you can solve yourself with this troubleshooting guide. 

### If you have problems downloading the PDF file, try:

- A different brower, ie Chrome, Firefox, or Safari versus explorer
- Try right clicking (PC) or Option clicking or control clicking (Mac) the link to get a menu to download the file to your desktop

### If you have problems downloading the Mobile .epub file for tablets and smart phones, try:

- Downloading [Apple iBooks](http://www.apple.com/ibooks/?cid=wwa-us-kwg-features-com) (for iPhone or iPad)
- Downloading a mobile eReader App like [Aldiko eBook Reader](http://www.aldiko.com/) 
- Downloading the PDF version of the eBook

### If you have problems downloading the .mobi file for Amazon Kindle, try:

- Downloading [Amazon Kindle's eReader App](http://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.html?docId=1000493771)
- Downloading the PDF version of the eBook
