This online assessment is completed by former students interested in continuing their education at ACHS. This assessment will assist your student services advisor to recommend a new program that will be the best fit for you given your current goals and previous training. Before getting started with the assessment, take a moment to review the current ACHS admissions requirements for all programs online here.

Your responses will be considered by the Academic Standards Committee who will make the final decision on the acceptance of your application. We encourage you to include detailed responses that will provide the Academic Standards Committee with adequate information to evaluate your application for admission. Please limit responses to 200 words or less for short essay questions.
