# Semester Away From Studies

## Need to Take Time Away? 

Do you need to take a semester off from your studies? If so, please complete the form to notify ACHS and indicate the break for your Student Record and program pacing.

**Time away from studies could have implications regarding your:**

- **Financial Aid**
- **Program completion deadline**
- **Standards of Academic Progress**
