Join us at the ACHS campus or virtually via live streamwith ACHS facutly member Amanda Lattin to discuss what wellness challenges we can face during the summer months, and which whole foods, herbs, and essential oils we can use to support ourselves.

  • Learn which herbs support summer season health imbalances

  • Discuss seasonal whole foods and nutrition and how they support holistic wellness goals for summer
  • Discuss aromatherapy blends for emotional support in the summer season

Amanda_Lattin.pngABOUT THE PRESENTER: Amanda Lattin, BA, MAT, Dip. Aroma., MH, RA is an experienced aromatherapist, herbalist, and teaches extensively throughout the Pacific Northwest. Amanda is a graduate of ACHS and also holds a BA in Chemistry from Huntingdon College and a Masters of Teaching with a concentration in Chemistry from Lewis and Clark College.
