Millions of Americans suffer from food sensitivities.  Conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome, acid reflex, migraine, weight imbalances, brain fog and many other uncomfortable lingering health problems are often directly related to specific immune reactions to the foods we eat. Food sensitivity reactions may be delayed by hours or even days after ingestion. Would you correlate a headache to yesterday’s meal?  Join ACHS Alumni and Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition, Lisa Powell, M.S. CAM, for a comprehensive seminar on food reactions.

In this seminar, you will learn:
  • The three most important types of adverse food reactions.
  • The difference between a food allergy and food sensitivity.
  • Why standard food allergy tests don’t detect food sensitivities.
  • The biggest problem of non-allergic food reactions.
  • Conditions and symptoms of food sensitivity.
  • How symptoms of food sensitivity develop.
  • Food intolerance versus food sensitivity.
