1. Log-in: Go to the ACHS Webinar page https://www.startmeeting.com/wall/ACHS.

2. Password: Enter the Password 2013

If this is your first StartMeeting webinar you will need to download the application.

3. Joining: Join the Meeting at the appointed time by clicking JOIN online here. When you see the Join a Meeting dialogue box, enter your name and email address (the Meeting ID should auto-fill). Then, click Join.

4. Audio: Click on the green telephone icon in the phone conference section of the meeting dashboard to hear the audio through your computer’s headphone jack and/or speakers. Or, you can call (530) 881-1212 to listen over the phone at your expense. (This phone number is visible on the left-hand side of your screen in the Meeting Dashboard, along with the Meeting ID.)

5. Chat: Once the meeting has started, you can ask questions through the chat function in the Meeting Dashboard.

6. Center Screen: The Webinar speaker will use the center screen for his/her presentation. Additionally, Meeting Resources that appear in the center screen are downloadable and provided for your use.

7. Logging Off: Once the Webinar has completed, please close all applicable software windows and any audio sources.
